			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Synopsis-</strong> It is normally assumed that participation in the strategic change process will have a positive effect on the decision quality. But this assumption has not been researched on. This article is about the research conducted and data collected from a national telecommunication firm in order to assess the outcomes of participation in strategic change.</p>
<p><strong>Critique</strong>- the author has done a thorough research for a proper understanding from the data collected and then formed five hypotheses. He has further tested each of these hypotheses and analyzed their relation to each variable and come up with a positive relationship between participation and the successful implementation of strategic change.</p>
<p><strong>My Reflection</strong>- what can be understood from this article is that, change is always difficult to accept and go along with; nobody would like a change to occur to the normal orderly scenario. But what the author is trying to make us understand is that resisting change does not make matters any simpler, infact it only complicates it more. The better idea would be to accept the change, understand the need for it and imbibe it into the regular cycle. This would definitely bring a better and positive result at the end of the day.</p>

The source of conflict is described and general reasons for conflicts are analysed .the power of an higher authorities and the political aspects in a organization and it deals with integrating employees with organization </p>
<p>Critique &#8211;  the essay was majorly about how conflict in the employees would effect a   business process  but the essay does not clarify the number of  organizations who had been effected  and does not have a better result Despite the relatively small sample size, the data  provide strong evidence regarding the importance and positive effects of the Conflict in a  organization  .</p>
<p>Your reflection- the essay had some interesting issues and topics in terms of approach where the issues like the employees conflicts and cause of conflicts .the  employees should be handled well in the every phase where organizations approach which would have an impact on the work practice  and how relationships could be maintained in the business case scenario. Company performance and role of mangers in an organization is important and the essay majorly deals behaviour of each individual in a organization and problems that are occurred when competing with similar groups of organization.</p>

Synopsis – the study is majority about how a company can motivate or adopt to the changes and advancements in the present environment like the voluntary organisations which adopt and change to the trends. how voluntary organisations implement the goal and mission involving all the stake holders of different departments. the study as well provides information about how an organisation could be successful in implementing a goal by working together and involvement of the staff in determining the organisation goal. Change in the organization has it own flaws and advantages they are different ways a change is obtained in order to improve the financial stratus of organisation but it is hard to attain in a short time and implementing changes to its products, process and the companies business performance in order to gain profits and the study deals with how changes can be implemented and how to process in order to meet the required characteristics. Planned approach and emergent approach is discussed . the role of manager in the organisation is discussed taking GK printers case study and how group work on certain problems would be helpful in finding a solution</p>
<p>Critique &#8211;  the essay was majoriliy about how well an approach and change  is implemented  in order to implement a successful  business process  but the essay does not clarify the number of  organisations who had implemented and had a better result Despite the relatively small sample size, the data  provide strong evidence regarding the importance of approach followed by organization  and the characteristics of the change process in organisations to successfully implement business changes to their products, business processes, organization structure to improve company performance.</p>
<p>Your reflection-  the essay had some interesting issues and topics in terms of approach where the issues like the employees motivation and involovement is important in any organisation and they should be handled well in the changing phase where organisations approach would have an impact on the work practice  and how relationships could be maintained in the business case scenario.
